The distress characters and repair history of Humen Bridge steel deck pavement are analyzed and summarized. The repair scheme is studied based on strengthening of stiffness of the orthotropit bridge deck though increasing the modulus of pavement materials. The scheme of TAF epoxy asphalt mixture and construction key points is introduced. The repair project of Humen Bridge steel deck pavement performs well after near one year opened to traffic.
