用盆栽试验设置不同密度、不同施氮量的9个交互处理,基于研究了垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)的生长特性、生物量积累及生物量分配格局对不同处理的响应.结果表明:(1)密度、氮肥交互作用除对株高、叶长、穗长没有影响外,对其余指标(分蘖数、地下生物量、茎叶生物量和生殖生物量)均存在显著影响.同等密度水平下,各指标随着氮肥量的增加而先增加后减小,但是叶长在低密度不同氮肥处理下则随氮肥量的增加而一直增加;叶长在中密度不同氮肥交互处理、分蘖数在高密度不同氮肥处理下均随氮肥量的增加而减小.同等氮肥添加水平下,各指标随密度增加而减小,存在竞争作用.(2)密度、氮肥交互作用对生殖分配的影响更大,生殖生物量和茎叶生物量的相关系数达到0.830.(3)生殖生物量分配在低密度×低氮肥(DS×FS)处理下极显著(P<0.01)大于其他处理,生殖分配达到了14.02%.(4)生殖生物量分配和茎叶生物量分配除了在高密度不同氮肥处理下不存在权衡关系外,在其余交互处理下均存在权衡关系.生殖生物量和地下生物量分配、茎叶生物量和地下生物量分配在密度和氮肥交互处理下也均存在权衡关系.因此,密度、氮肥处理的交互影响不同于单因子效应,在建植多年生人工草地时需要综合考虑种植密度和氮肥的协同作用.
To study the effects of density, nutrient addition and their interaction on the growth charac- teristics, biomass accumulation and allocation pattern of Elyrnus nutans, a pot experiment was conducted. The results showed that~ Firstly, the interactive effects between density and nitrogen addition had no effect on plant height, leaf length, panicle length of Elyrnus nutans, but significantly affected other indica- tors, such as tillers, belowground biomass, shoot biomass and reproductive biomass. Each indicator in- creased with the increase of nitrogen, and then decreased in the same density level. But the leaf length in low density and different nitrogen rate increased with the increase of nitrogen in medium density and differ- ent nitrogen rate. Tiller number in high density and different nitrogen rate showed a similar trend as leaf length. It decreased with the increase of density in the same level of nitrogen addition. Secondly, density and nitrogen interactions greatly impacted the reproductive allocation. The correlation coefficient o~ repro- ductive biomass and below--ground biomass was 0. 830. Thirdly, the reproductive biomass allocation un- der interactions between low density and low nitrogen addition was more significantly different than that of others, the reproductive allocation was 14.02%. Fourthly, there was a trade--off relationship except re- productive biomass.
