在＂大众创业,万众创新＂的背景下,高技术企业作为创业活动的主力军,是衡量我国创业活动水平的重要标准。文章从＂人力资本＂、＂知识资本＂和＂网络资源＂三个视角梳理了高技术企业公司创业的相关研究,指出了高技术企业公司创业活动的内涵,在此基础上,构建了中国情境的高技术企业公司创业研究框架,发现在制度体系、组织学习和关系网络的共同作用下,创业学习、创业能力、创业机会和创业资源共同影响着我国高技术企业公司创业的成败,并提出了提高我国高技术企业公司创业活动的政策建议。

英文摘要：

Under the background of ＂public entrepreneurship and innovation＂,hi- tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship,which is the main force of high- tech entrepreneurial activity,can measure the level of entrepreneurial activity. This paper conducts a research on hi- tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship from three aspects and points out the connotation. On this basis,it constructs the research frame on hi- tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship under Chinese context. We find out that knowledge,capacity,opportunity and resource have an impact on hi- tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship in combination with institutional system,organizational learning and relational network. In the end,we put forward some policy suggestion for hi- tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship.
