西藏上市公司绩效受西藏特殊区域环境影响,内外部影响因素有较强的特殊性,这种特殊性也是西藏上司公司绩效评价的关键。依据影响因素的特殊性,选取10项主要评价指标,并以平衡计分卡原理为基础进行细化,构建6个方面、10项指标,以及细化评价指标为补充的适合西藏上市公司的企业绩效评价体系。运用对偶加权法确定主要评价指标的权重值,增强西藏上司公司绩效评价体系的科学性和应用性。
Tibetan listed companies' performance is influenced by Tibet's special regional environmental im-pacts. Both the internal and external influence factors are specific ones, the specificity is the key to the assess-ment of Tibetan listed companies' performance. According to the specific factors, 10 main assessment indexesare selected based on the Principle of the Balanced Scorecard Card to build a performance assessment system,which contains 6 aspects, 10 assessment indexes, and some detailed assessment indexes. The weight of the mainindexes was determined by the Dual Weighted Method, which can make the assessment system more scientificand applicable.
