为了探究信息化领导力与企业竞争优势的关系和作用机理,通过引入IT支持企业核心能力这一中介变量,构建了信息化领导力、IT支持企业核心能力和竞争优势之间的关系模型,并考虑环境动态性在模型中的调节作用,应用基于偏最小二乘法的结构方程模型对172家企业的353位企业高层领导的问卷数据进行分析。研究结果表明,信息化领导力与竞争优势之间存在正向相关关系,IT支持企业核心能力在其中起到重要的中介作用。同时,环境动态性具有显著的调节作用,不同环境下信息化领导力对竞争优势的作用机理不同。

英文摘要：

In order to explore the relationship and mechanism between informatization leadership and enterprise competitive ad- vantage, this paper constructs the relationship model of informatization leadership, IT support core competence and competitive ad- vantage by introducing IT support core competence. Based on the regulation of environment dynamics in the model, the paper uses the structural equation model based on partial least squares to analyze the data of questionnaires of 353 top managers from 172 enter- prises. The result shows a positive correlation between informatization leadership and competitive advantage, and the IT support core competence in which plays an important intermediary role. At the same time, environment dynamics plays a significant role in regu- lation; informatization leadership in different environment has different mechanism for competitive advantage.
