通过对农业机器人充电系统的研究,设计基于UCC3895和PIC16F887的智能充电系统。采用UCC3895作为全桥变换器的移相控制,在宽范围内实现软开关。采用PIC16F887单片机实现对充电电路的启停控制和过压、欠压、过流保护,并对充电过程进行分段管理,将充电数据实时显示并向上位机传输保存。实验证明,充电系统功能完善、性能稳定、充电快速、功耗低。
It was designed based on intelligent charging system UCC3895 and PIC16F887. The UCC3895 was used as the phase shift control of full-bridge converter, which achieves soft-switching over a wide range. The PIC16F887 MCU was used to control the start and stop of the charging circuit and protect the overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent. The charging process was segmented managed, and the charging data was real-time displayed and transmitted to the host computer for save. It is fully functional, fast in charging, has stable performance and low power consumption.
