再生混凝土是一种资源节约型混凝土,再生粗骨料替代率的选择是决定再生混凝土力学性能的关键因素,试验通过设计5个不同的替代率,研究了再生骨料替代率对玻璃纤维再生混凝土力学性能的影响,并且在同一骨料替代率(50%)时研究了不同纤维掺量对再生混凝土保温性能的影响。结果表明:随着再生粗骨料替代率的增加,玻璃纤维再生混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度整体呈现下降趋势;不同取代率混凝土抗压强度均达到设计强度;再生粗骨料最优替代率为50%;混凝土的导热系数随玻璃纤维掺量的提高逐渐降低。
Glass fiber recycled concrete is a kind of resource saving concrete.The choice of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregates is the key to decide physical properties of glass fiber recycled concrete.The test studied the influence of recycled coarse aggregates replacement rate to physical properties of glass fiber recycled concrete through the design of five different replacement rate, at the same time,the effect of different fiber content on the properties of recycled concrete heat preservation was studied.The results show that compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of glass fiber recycled concrete showed overall downward trend with increase of recycled coarse aggregates replacement rate.Compressive strength with different replacement rate all met the design strength.The optimal replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregates is 50% .The thermal conductivity of glass fiber recycled concrete reduced with increase of glass fiber content.
