针对农业机器人的充电现状,设计了基于PIC16F887和UCC3895的农业机器人智能充电系统。该系统采用UCC3895对全桥变换器进行移相控制,在较宽范围内实现了软开关。采用单片机PIC16F887控制充电电路的启停以及实现过压、欠压、过流保护,并对充电过程进行了实时管理,将充电数据进行实时显示并向上位机传输保存。实验证明,充电系统功能完善、性能稳定、充电快速、功耗低。
Aiming at the charging situation of agricultural robot,the intelligent charging system for agricultural robot basedon PIC16F887 and UCC3895 was designed. In the system,the UCC3895 is used to realize the phase?shifting control of the full?bridge converter and soft switching in a wide range. The MCU PIC16F887 is used to control the start and stop of the charging cir?cuit,and realize the overvoltage protection,undervoltage protection and overcurrent protection,and real?time management ofthe charging process. And then the charging data is displayed in real time and transmitted to the upper computer for conserva-tion. The experimental results show that the charging system has the advantages of perfect function,stable performance,fastcharging speed,and low power consumption.
