开展了超载和氯离子侵蚀共同作用下RC梁的抗弯破坏试验,研究了荷载等级对RC梁钢筋锈蚀率、挠度以及剩余承载力的影响。首先,进行无氯离子侵蚀作用梁的抗弯极限承载能力试验,并基于规范对挠度的规定确定了RC梁超载状态与正常使用荷载状态之间的界限。在此基础上,采用电化学的方法实现钢筋的加速锈蚀,并进行了正常使用荷载状态及两级超载作用下RC梁受氯离子侵蚀后的抗弯试验。结果表明,超载对钢筋的腐蚀,挠度的增长有放大作用,对承载力的减小有着明显的影响。实际工程中的结构绝大多数都是承受荷载与腐蚀的共同作用,在对结构进行耐久性评估时,应同时考虑以上两种因素。
The bending rupture experiment of reinforced concrete beams suffered from overload and chloride ions induced corrosion. The effects of different loading levels on corrosion rate of reinforcement, flexural deflection and residual loading capacity of reinforced concrete beams are studied. First, the test ultimate on flexural capacity of reinforced concrete beams without chloride ions penetrated is conducted. Based on the flexural deflection stipulated in specification, and the boundary between normal state and overloading state of the beams is defined. On this basis, the electrochemical method is used to accelerate the corrosion of reinforcement, and the flexure test of chloride ions corroded RC beams in normal state and two overloading levels is conducted. The result indicates that (1) overloading has a significant effect on steel corrosion, deflection growth, and degradation of flexural capacity; (2) the reinforced concrete structures are usually subjected to loading and corrosion, therefore, in the assessment of the durability of the structures, the influence of the 2 factors should be taken into account.
