结合12片钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯试验数据,探讨了不同持续荷载等级对钢筋混凝土矩形截面梁锈蚀率的影响,通过混凝土应变数据对平截面假定进行了验证,明确钢筋应变与混凝土应变不协调是影响锈蚀混凝土梁抗弯刚度的重要因素。通过对锈蚀后钢筋质量的量测,考虑不同位置处钢筋的锈蚀状况,给出了考虑钢筋混凝土梁不同位置处锈蚀率随持续荷载等级变化的拟合公式,采用刚度解析法推导出锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯刚度计算公式,并用试验数据对该模型进行了验证,由模型计算得到的荷载-挠度曲线与试验曲线吻合较好,该模型可为锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁挠度计算提供参考。
Based on the flexural experimental data of 12 RC beams,the effect of different sustained loading levels on the corrosion rate of rectangular cross-section of RC are studied. The assumption of plane crosssection is verified by the strain data of concrete,and it is certain that steel bar strain lagging behind concrete strain is the key factor that affects the flexural stiffness of the corroded concrete beam. Through measuring the mass of corroded steel bar,considering the corrosion situation of different positions of steel bar,the fitting formula of the rates of steel bars at different positions varying with sustained loading levels is given. Then,the calculation model of flexural stiffness of corroded RC is derived by stiffness analysis method,and it is verified by the experimental data. The trends of the load-deflection curves calculated by the model and the test curves are much same. Thus,the model can be served as a reference for deflection calculation of corroded RC beams.
