运动学参数的可靠与准确测量,对于高精度的MEMS惯性传感器应用于农业作业复杂环境具有重要意义。设计了一种基于SGT320E转台的MEMS惯性传感器运动学参数检测方法。对MEMS惯性传感器的陀螺仪和加速度计‘进行了固定零偏、标度因数、标度因数非线性、标度因数对称性等参数测量,采用Matlab软件分析试验数据,并将分析后的数据与传感器数据手册上的相关性能指标进行对比,结果表明该方法能够通过误差校正提高MEMS传感器精度。
The reliable and accurate measurement of kinematic parameters has significance to the high-precision MEMS Inertial Sensor used for agricultural navigation. The method is based on SGT320E Three-axis turntable applied to detection MEMS inertial sensor kinematics parameters like fixed bias angle, scale factor, nonlinear and scale factor symmetry. The MATLAB experiment shows that all of the inertial sensor performance date are basically match related performance as the date sheet list, which proves that the method can improve the accuracy of sensor.
