建立了苯甲醛与乙酰丙酸乙酯亲核加成反应目标产物酸的高效液相色谱分析方法。色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为体积比60∶40的甲醇-0.02%甲酸水溶液,流速为0.6mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长为270nm。在上述条件下两种目标产物分别在1~300μg/mL和1~600μg/mL的范围内与色谱峰面积之间呈良好线性关系;回收率分别为101.0%~102.1%和97.4%~104.0%。该方法简便、快速、准确,为不饱和有机酸类同分异构体的分析提供了一定参考。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of two products of the nucleophilic reaction between benzaldehyde and ethyl levulinate.The separation was performed on a C18column with methanol-water(0.02%formic acid)(60∶40,V/V)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.6mL/min and room temperature.The detection wavelength was set at 270nm. There were good linear relationships between the mass concentrations and the peak areas.The recoveries of the two products were 101.0%~102.1%and 97.4%~104.0%,respectively.This method was rapid,simple and suitab le for the determination of the two acidic products.
