英文摘要：

Climate changes pose great risks to agriculture. So the study of adaptation of agricultural sub- jects to climate changes is valuable to guide agricultural production. Based on neoclassical economics par- adigm,the paper first applies mathematical modes to look at how farmers adapt to climate changes by changing production factors. Secondly, it employs cost-efficiency method to study the standards that gov- ernments uses to select various measures and policies to adapt to climate changes. The paper attempts to build a theoretical model for adaptation to climate changes so as to uncover the mechanism of how agri- cultural subjects adapt to climate change and provide a theoretical basis.
