By constructing a non-cooperative game model of farmer transfer of land on two types of platforms and three farmers, this paper studies the feature of behavior in choosing land transfer platform and change of land transfer revenue. The findings are the government-led transfer platform plays an active role in regulating the market and safeguarding the benefits of land-transfer farmers; in the meantime, only the mixed market structure is the stable market of land transfer： The paper suggests that we should raise the farmers＇ cognitive competence and awareness of the government-led land transfer platform, perfect the operating mechanism of this platform and promote a healthy development of farmers＇ free land transfer Dlatform.
