企业实习是工程实践教育的重要内容,也是学生完成从学校到社会转变的关键环节。但长期以来,我国工科生企业实习效果欠佳,亟需改革。从H大学大学生实习参与度调查发现,学校存在实习情境创设不完善、交互性社会交往缺失、专家指导缺失以及实习评价方式、实习评价参与者单一等问题,而这些问题的解决需要企业、学校、学生三方面共同努力。
Corporate internship is not only an important content in engineering practice education, but also a key link for students to complete the changes from being in university to being in society. But for a long time, corporate internship for our engineering students is unsatisfactory and is in need of reform. From the survey of H university's students internship participation, problems have been found out like imperfect internship scenario creation in university, lack of interactive social interaction and expert guidance, and singularity of internship evaluation method and internship evaluation participants, the solution of which requires joint efforts of corporate, universities and students.
