[目的/意义]随着微博的普及,微博信息在突发事件发生后的发布、获取以及传播已然成为影响公众情绪以及社会的稳定的重要因素,探索影响微博信息可信度因素变得十分必要。[方法/过程]以自媒体代表新浪微博作为研究对象,以自然灾害类突发事件作为研究话题,以眼动追踪技术作为主要研究方法,并采用了2(专业度:高、低)×2(关注度:高、低)的被试内设计,通过分析热点图、注视时间、注视次数等眼动指标,来探究各因素对微博信息可信度的影响。[结果/结论]相同的关注度下,被试对具有高专业度的博主微博的注视时间、注视次数和微博转发量均显著多于低专业度的博主;相同的专业度下,被试对具有高关注度的博主微博的注视时间、注视次数和微博转发量均显著多于低关注度的博主;不同性别被试的微博转发量之间无显著性差异,不同微博依赖程度被试的微博转发量之间差异性显著。突发事件微博信息可信度受博主的专业度以及关注度正向影响。
[ Purpose/Significance] With the popularity of micro-blog, micro-blog information release acquisition and dissemination after the unconventional emergency occurrence have become the important factors affecting the emotions of the public and the stability of society, and thus exploring factors influencing the microblog information credibility becomes highly necessary. [ Method/Process] Sina Weibo is used as the research platform for exploring the credibility of unconventional emergency information. With eye-movement technology as the main research method and the 2 (Professional Degree: high, low) × 2 (Attentional Degree: high, low) within subjects design, through the analysis of the hotness map, fixation duration, fixation frequency of eye movement index, the impact of various factors on the micro-blog information credibility is explored. [ Result/Conclusion] Under the same degree of attention, the microblogging fixation time, fixation times and microblogging forwarding volume of the subjects with high degree of professional bloggers are significantly higher than those with the low degree of professional bloggers; under the same professional degree, the microblogging fixation time, fixation times and microblogging forwarding volume of the subjects with high degree of attention bloggers are significantly higher than those with the low degree of attention bloggers. There is no significant difference between the amount of microblogging forwarding volume of different genders, and the difference of the amount of microblogging forwarding volume between different subjects with different microblog dependence degree is remarkable. The micro-blog information credibility is positively influenced by the professional degree and the attention degree.
