通常可将带功率因数校正(PFC)的开关变换器分成两级结构和单级结构两种。研究了一种带谐振PFC的单级AC/DC变换器。为了改善交流输入电流的功率因数,提出了一种新的电路结构,即在传统的双开关正激型变换器上增加4个工作在谐振模式的外加元件。探讨了这种电路的工作原理和运行特性,研制了一台输出功率为300W的实验样机。实验结果证明,该电路具有功率大、直流母线电压较低、功率因数高等优越性能。
The converter with power factor correction (PFC) usually can be divided into two categories:the two-stage ap- proach and the single-stage approach.A single stage AC/DC converter with resonant model PFC is investigated.In order to improve the power factor of the AC input current, a new circuit configuration has been proposed,which is built up by adding four extra components that operate in resonant model in a conventional double switches-for-ward converter.The principle of new circuit is explored and its behaviors are studied.A single stage AC/DC converter with resonant model PFC prototype with 300 W has been built up to verify the proposed new circuit configuration.The experimental results show that the new circuit has good performances,such as high power,lower DC bus voltage,high power factor and so on.
