基于需求满足度的视角构建了城乡建设用地压力指数(URPI)模型,对城乡建设用地压力的基本含义、测度方法和分级标准进行了初步的探讨和研究,以期为区域土地利用总体规划调整完善、城乡规划战略决策等提供必要的依据和支撑。以云南省为实例,以县级行政区为评价单元,对该省2010—2012年城乡建设用地压力程度进行了定量测算,评定了全省129个县的城乡建设用地压力等级,并运用Arc GIS软件表征了不同压力级空间分异特点。结果表明:在各个压力级内,属于“高压力”和“较高压力”级的县(市、区)达79个,占全省总县数的61.24%,且主要分布在滇中、滇西南地区。
Based on the perspective of demand satisfaction degree,this paper constructed the model of urban and rural construction land pressure index( URPI),carried on the preliminary discussion and research on the basic meaning,measurement methods and classification standards of the pressure on the urban and rural construction land,so as to provide the necessary basis and support for the adjustment or perfecting of regional general land use planning and strategic decisions of urban and rural planning etc. Taking Yunnan Province as an example,from the evaluation unit of the county-level administrative region,this paper conducted a quantitative calculation of urban and rural construction land pressure classes for the provinces' 129 counties from the year 2010 to 2012,and used Arc GIS represented the spatial differentiation characteristics of different levels of pressure. The results showed that: In each pressure level,79 counties belonged to the "high pressure " and "high pressure" level,which accounted for 61. 24% of the total number of county in the province,were mainly distributed in the middle and southwest of Yunnan.
