与市场消费潜力开发已趋近完善的城市乳制品市场相比,黑龙江省农村地区的乳制品消费潜力相对来讲仍具有较大的发展空间。为了切实研究影响农村居民乳制品消费的因素,笔者在前人研究的基础上提炼出可能对黑龙江省农村居民乳制品消费产生较大影响的因素,运用Pearson相关性检验方法,通过入户实地调研获取的样本数据对其与农村居民乳制品消费的关系进行相关性分析,以确定对当地农村居民乳制品消费产生较大影响的因素,从而为释放当地农村居民乳制品消费潜力提供较为可靠的政策切入点。结果表明:年龄、未成年抚养比、家庭人均年纯收入、家庭收入稳定程度、消费观念、受亲戚朋友影响程度、受邻居影响程度以及对生产企业的安全生产规范信任度等对当前黑龙江省农村居民乳制品消费产生显著影响,并据此提出一定的政策建议。
Comparing with the market whose potential consumption has been developed perfectly, the rural area of Heilongjiang Province still has a relatively large space to develop. Based on previous studies, the factors that may have a significant impact on dairy consumption in rural areas of Heilongjiang province were extracted. Using Pearson correlation test method, correlation ship between the sample data obtained by house- holds' survey on the ruralresidents and the consumption of dairy products were analyzed to determine the main influence factor on dairy con- sumption of local rural residents and to provide a reliable starting point for the release of dairy consumption potential of local rural residents. The results showed that the major factors influencing dairy consumption of the rural residents in Heilongjiang province were age, minor dependency ratio, household per capita annual net income, family income stability, consumer attitudes, the degree of influence by relatives and neighbors and the impact on production safety specifications trust by manufacturing enterprises. Finally, the relatively reliable strategies and suggestions for the release of the local dairy consumption potential in rural area were put forward.
