DBC2 （Deleted in breast cancer 2）, LZTS1 （Leucine zipper tumor suppressor 1 ） and LRP1B （Low density lipoprotein rec.eptor-related protein 1 B） are three tumor suppressor genes popularly studied recently. More and more evidence has indicated that mutation, abnormal expression and promoter hypermethylation of these genes are correlated with types of neoplasm. Further studies of these three tumor suppressor genes will be very conducive to prevention and treatment of types of neoplasms.
