价值链是一种旨在提升企业价值创造的管理方法，价值链管理必须符合企业价值形成及其经营特征。通过阐述高新技术企业经营活动的特点，提出了以研发活动为核心的高新技术企业价值链模型，在此基础上构建了价值活动对企业总价值贡献的数学模型，并给出了加强高新技术企业价值链管理、实现企业价值最大化的具体措施。
英文摘要：
Value chain is a management method aiming to promote enterprises＇ value,however the value chain management （VCM） has to match corporations＇ value formation and operation characters.This article analyses high-tech enterprises＇ value chain which core is R＆D,through expatiating their operation characters.Then the value chain model for high-tech enterprises is put forward,on which foundation we set up a mathematics model about business activities＇ contribution to the enterprises＇ total value.Finally, the article gives some practical measures to strengthen the value chain management and maximize corporations value for high-tech enterprises.
