通过对系统仿真方法以及TD—HSUPA移动通信系统的研究，给出了TD-HSUPA系统仿真平台的框架及搭建方法，并重点介绍了仿真平台的核心模块。该平台是基于离散事件时间驱动机制的方法建成，可以对系统性能进行评估。为网络规划设计提供可靠的参数，进而降低建网成本，缩短建设周期。
英文摘要：
According to the research on methods of system level simulation and TD-HSUPA communication system, a structure and modeling method of TD-HSUPA system level platform is presented in this paper. And then, the core model of this platform is emphatically introduced. This platform is build based on the method of discrete events and time-driven mechanisms, and can analyze the performance of TD-HSUPA and provide reliable parameters for network planning and designing. Consequently, the costs of network construction is reduced, and the construction period is also shorten.
