In this paper, a brief overview of added Physical Channel and the general application model of link budget on TD-HSUPA were summarized, also detailed the choice of basic parameters of link budget and propagable model. It budged link with added physical channel and preliminarily estimated its radius of area covered by TD-HSUPA. Ultimately, the introduction of a new budget approach-iterative process in link budget, solves the balance problem between capacity and planning of coverage.
