以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAM)为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,制备了一种能有效去除尿样中的大分子物质,并能同时富集尿样中氢化可的松的整体柱.实验结果表明:氢化可的松在5-30mg/L线性关系良好(R=0.9993,n=6),检测限为0.012mg/L;绝对回收率79%-83%;日内、日问精密度均〈5.0%,整体柱能够很好地富集尿样中的氢化可的松,并且能很好地除去尿样中的大分子物质及杂质,能满足分析的要求.
A new monolithic column have been prepared which was composed of copolymer that the N- isopropylacrylamide (N-IPAAM) was the monomer and the ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate(EDMA) was the cross-linker. The monolith was used for removing the macromoleculer and enriching the hydrocortisone in urine sample. The result showed that hydrocortisone had a good linear(R=0. 999 3, n=6) when the con- centration of the hydrocortisone in the range of 5-30 mg/L , the limit of detection(LOD) was 0. 012 mg/L. The absolutely recovery was 79%-83%. The inter-day RSD and intra-day RSD was less than 5%. This method is conforming to analysis.
