含多氰基的有机非线性光学材料是近年来有机非线性光学材料研究的热点。这类材料的合成研究呈现出共轭链由短到长,分子由简单到复杂,由一维到多维的趋势。随着研究技术的成熟,其在器件应用方面的改性也受到重视,目前,很多有机非线性光学材料都已被制作成器件而得到应用。综述了这类材料的合成研究情况,探讨了具有高电光活性和低光损耗的非线性光学材料的合成技术,展望了今后有机非线性光学材料分子设计合成可能的发展方向。
The research on organic nonlinear optical (NLO) materials containing cyanoes-group is attracting more and more attention. Studies on the synthesis of these NLO materials show the evolution of conjugated chains longer, molecule structure more complex and multi-dimensional. As the techniques maturing, molecule modifications about device application are concerned and these applications have fabricated to devices in industry fields. In this paper, researches on the synthesis of these materials are reviewed. Technologies of synthesizing high electro-optical activity and low optical loss NLO materials are discussed. The future development of molecule design of NLO materials is also commented.
