金属卟啉LB膜的气敏特性研究

采用Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)技术,在不同膜压条件下制备了四苯基卟啉锌(ZnTPP)和四苯基卟啉铜(CuTPP)LB膜,分析了两种金属卟啉LB膜分别对吡啶、乙酸乙酯和四氢呋喃气体的紫外-可见光吸收光谱变化,并通过LB膜对紫外-可见光吸收光谱响应的变化,系统研究了两种金属卟啉LB膜的气敏特性,初步建立适合有机气体传感器敏感探测单元使用的材料体系。实验结果表明,在23mN/m的膜压条件下,金属卟啉的成膜效果最好,金属卟啉LB膜的紫外-可见吸收光谱响应最敏感,且发现分别通入3种不同气体后,CuTPPLB膜和ZnTPPLB膜的吸收光谱呈现不同的响应。所以CuTPPLB膜和ZnTPPLB膜相配合可作为色谱阵列单元用于识别吡啶、四氢呋喃和乙酸乙酯气体。

英文摘要:

In this text, the films of CuTPP, ZnTPP were prepared at three different surface pressures of 15, 23mN/m by LB technology. In order to search for the gas-sensing identities of CuTPP,ZnTPP LB films and initially establish the material system of sensitive gas sensors for detecting organic gases, the changes of UV-visible absorption spectrums of CuTPP, ZnTPP LB films respectively exposed in vapor of pyridine, ethyl acetate and THF were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the best metalloporphyrin LB films are prepared at the constant surface pressure of 23mN/m. Moreover,it was found that different responses of UV-visible absorp- tion spectrum of CuTPP LB film and ZnTPP LB film respectively for the three different gases. Therefore , CuT- PP LB film matched with ZnTPP LB film could be used as chromatographic array units to identify vapor of pyridine,ethyl acetate and THF.
