Sun Baolin was born in 1963. He is currently an associate professor and Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science and Technology of the Wuhan University of Technology. He is a paper reviewer of Journal of Computer Applications and FSKD. His research interests include QoS multicast routing, distributed computing, network optimization, ad hoc networks and protocol engineering. He has published over 40 technical papers. E-mail： sun0163@163.com Li Layuan was born in Hubei in 1946. He is currently a professor and Ph. D. tutor of computer science, and editor in chief of the Journal of Wuhan University of Technology. He is a director of International Society of High-Technol and paper reviewer of IEEE INFOCOM, ICCC and ISRSDC. His research interests include high-speed computer networks, protocol engineering and image processing. He has published over 180 technical papers and is the author of six books. He was awarded the National Special Prize by the Chinese Government from 1993.
