CEO作为公司主要领导人在公司战略决策制定和实施方面扮演着重要角色,因此,CEO变更对公司战略的影响是学界一直关注的核心议题。本文在回顾国外CEO变更与战略变革关系研究的基础上,构建了一个基于CEO变更视角下的战略变革研究框架,并根据该框架,从驱使CEO战略变革的动因及情境因素两个方面对国外相关研究进行了述评,最后分析指出了国外相关研究仍存在的不足,并针对不足对未来研究进行了展望。
As corporate main leaders, CEOs play the pivotal role in the making and implementation of corporate strategic decisions, so the effect of CEO turnover on corporate strategy has been a core is- sue which has been concerned by the academia. Based on a review of foreign literature of the relation- ship between CEO turnover and strategic change, this paper constructs a research framework of stra- tegic change from a CEO turnover perspective and then comments on related foreign literature in two aspects of motivations and situational factors of CEO strategic change. Finally, it analyzes the short- comings of related foreign literature and points out the directions in future research.
