考察了丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)含量和相形态对聚甲醛(POM)结晶行为及力学性能的影响。结果表明,POM球晶生长时将ABS相作为异物排除在晶格外,使其在球晶间隙间富集或囊裹在球晶中。ABS使POM结晶完善程度稍降低,但晶型及负光性未变。ABS含量及相形态影响POM结晶行为:ABS含量在0-50%时,ABS稍促进POM结晶;ABS含量在60%-90%时,强烈干扰POM结晶,呈现分步结晶现象。ABS使POM的拉伸性能和冲击强度显著下降,但弯曲性能出现协同效应。
The effects of ABS content and phase morphology on the crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of polyformaldehyde(POM) were investigated. The results show that during the growth of POM spherulite,the ABS phase is excluded out of the crystal lattice as a foreign body,which results that ABS is enriched among the spherulites or wrapped inside spherulites.In addition,the perfection of POM spherulite is reduced slightly because of ABS addition,while the crystal form and the negative optical characteristic of POM crystalline remain unchanged. The crystallization behavior of POM is influenced by ABS content as well as the phase morphology of the blend which is developed with the changes of ABS content. When ABS content is 0–50%,the crystallization of POM is accelerated slightly;when ABS content is 60%–90%,the crystallization of POM is interfered strongly and shows fractionated crystallization. Moreover,with the addition of ABS,the tensile properties and impact strength of POM decrease significantly,whereas the flexural strength exhibits synergistic effect.
