研究了聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)/聚碳酸酯(PC)熔融共混过程中酯交换反应对合金相形态、熔融及结晶行为的影响。傅立叶变换红外光谱分析结果表明,在无酯交换剂存在时,PTT与PC间有酯交换反应发生。差示扫描量热分析结果表明,酯交换反应抑制了与链段和分子运动有关的一切松弛过程,使玻璃化转变温度及冷结晶温度升高,并强烈抑制结晶过程。扫描电子显微镜研究表明,酯交换反应产物显著改善了组分间的相容性。
The effects of transesterification reaction in the melt-blending process on the phase morphology, melting and crystallization behaviors of the poly ( trimethylene terephthalate ) ( PTT ) /polycarbonate ( PC ) blends were investigated. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analyzing results indicated that transesterification reaction ocurred between PTT and PC when there was no transesterification agent in the blends. Differential scanning calorimetry analyzing results showed that all relaxations related to the movements of segments and molecular were hindered by transesterification reaction, which resulted in the increase of glass transition temperature and cold crystallization temperature, and significantly restrained crystallization process. Moreover, scanning electron microscope images revealed that the component compatibility of the PTT/PC blends was improved by the transesterification reaction products.
