通过对机床构件间的干涉分析给出了机床主要构件尺寸参数设计原则;利用SolidWorks软件完成了该并联机床的装配体模型设计,并将其通过存储为Parasolid格式后导入到ADAMS中而生成该机床的虚拟样机。
With the interference problem between two components of it being analyzed, the principle of designing the chief components' dimension parameters of the parallel machine tool is given. Assembly model of the parallel machine tool is developed with SolidWorks software. By storing it as a form of Parasolid and being recognized in ADAMS, we can get the virtual prototype of the parallel machine tool. Through it, engineering analysis such as kinematics analysis, dynamics analysis can be conducted,which can be used as a reference for testing and further optimizing structure parameters.
