以一种3-UPS并联机床为研究对象。主要围绕动平台的各部件分析了在机床运动过程中安装在动平台上的电主轴与各铰链点以及各杆件不发生干涉的条件。并建立了相应的干涉校验判别式。从而为机床的结构设计、实际工作空间的检验以及并联机床运动仿真等提供了一定的理论依据。
This paper takes one kind of 8 -UPS PKM (Parallel Kinematic Machine) as the object of study, mainly analyzes on the conditions in which the electric spindle installed in the moving platform not having the interference with various hinges and various rods during the movement of the machine centrering on various parts of the moving platform, and the corresponding interference verification discriminate is established. Thus it for the machine's structural design, the practical workspace's examination as well as the PKM movement simulation and so on provides a theoretical basis.
