英文摘要：

Low carbon eco-community is the basic unit of low-carbon eco-city. Presently, the study of low-carbon eco-city is mostly qualitative due to absence of appraisal system and indices. The article puts forward a multi-layered and multi-objective appraisal system, and improves the feasibility of the system with an analysis model. The paper discusses the application of the system in a typical neighborhood in Xi＇an, and proposes relevant micro level planning strategies.
