During the rapid urbanization process, with the rapid expansion of urban population, the city has been expanding and there is the rapid development of the building, forming a unique urban building physical environment. Based on the typical northern mountainous city form and city regional climate environment, according to the domestic and foreign city residential environment theory, combined with the actual survey of different land properties plots in Dalian Hi-tech Development Zone, it analyses important factors affecting the physical environment.
