系统研究了高钛重矿渣砂对C30-C65混凝土自收缩、徐变变形行为的影响。结果表明,相同龄期,高钛重矿渣砂混凝土自收缩、徐变系数均小于相同强度等级的普通河砂混凝土。探讨了高钛重矿渣砂对混凝土自收缩和徐变的影响机理:高钛重矿渣砂特殊多孔结构的“蓄水-释水”功能,提高了混凝土内部相对湿度,减小了混凝土自收缩;胶凝材料水化产物在高钛重矿渣砂孔结构中的“销钉效应”及粉尘产生的“微集料效应”,提高了集料与基体结合力,大大提升了集料抑制混凝土徐变变形的作用,降低了混凝土徐变变形。
Effects of high titanium heavy slag sand on auto-shrinkage, creep deformation behavior of C30-C65 concrete were systematically studied. The experimental results show that, at the same age, auto-shrinkage and creep coefficients of ordinary river sand concrete are greater than those of high titanium heavy slag sand concrete with the same strength grade. Mechanism of high titanium heavy slag sand influence on the auto-shrinkage and creep of concrete was discussed. Because of the "water storage-water releasing" function of high titanium heavy slag sand with special porous structure, internal relative humidity of concrete was improved, auto-shrinkage of concrete was reduced. The "pin effect", which is caused by the hydration products of cementitious material in the pore structure of high titanium heavy slag sand,and the "micro aggregate effect", which is produced by the dust, can improve the binding force of the aggregate and the substrate, greatly enhance the inhibition effect of creep deformation of concrete by aggregate, and reduce the creep deformation of concrete.
