以城市生活污泥为主要原料,辅之页岩为校正原料,制备污泥球型陶粒,并通过正交实验,就陶粒生料配合比、烧成制度对陶粒吸水率、膨胀效果、表观密度的影响进行探讨;阐述污泥陶粒制备的焙烧机理与膨胀机理.研究发现,预烧温度为400 ℃左右,污泥体系再固定挥发组分为发气组分,且含铁物质析出赤铁矿相,有利于陶粒的膨胀;陶粒的烧结过程与烧涨过程同时进行,二者在不同温度段起到主导作用.
In this article,with raw materials of urban life sludge and shale,sludge spherical ceramsite could be prepared,and the effect of the proportion of raw materials, sintering system on ceramsite bibulous rate,expansion effect, and the apparent density of the sludge spherical ceramsite are analyzed by orthogonal experiment. The sintering and expansion mechanism for preparation of sludge spherical ceramsite are explained. It was found that presintering temperature was about 400℃, gas components were secondly fixed in the system,and the ferrous material recipitated hematite phase,which promoted expansion, sintering process and expansion process existed at the same time,which played a leading role at the different temperature.
