为有效利用混有重金属元素的渣泥集料,将其作为辐射屏蔽材料。基于正交实验分析,在室内多道γ能谱测量实验的基础上,利用MC法开展了模拟实验研究。实验结果表明:模拟的吸收系数结果与实际测量值相近,最小误差为1.99%,曲线整体趋势与实体实验曲线趋势保持一致;通过对比不同组分的屏蔽性能,发现表观密度是影响渣泥屏蔽效果的主要因素;在正交试验的极差分析中发现,配料制度和焙烧温度对表观密度的影响最大。
The paper is aimed at using the aggregates mixed with heavy metal slag mud efficiently to make it be- come the radiation shield material. The paper is based on the orthogonal experiment and the indoor multiehannelγenergy spectrum measurement test, used Monte Carlo method to conduct the simulation experi- ments. The results show: The simulated absorption coefficient results are close to the measured values (mini- mum/ error is 1.99% ). The overall trend of curve is consistent with the physical experimental curve trend which proved the accuracy and reliability of the experimental data; Through comparing shielding performances of various components, we can find the apparent density is the main factor that influence the shielding effect of the material mud; According to the range analysis of orthogonal test, the batching system and the calcination temperature play a significant role in the performance density .
