在漆酶催化体系下,为了提高麦草纤维板的物理性能,采用单螺杆和高浓盘磨联合分离麦草纤维制取化学机械浆(CMP)是一种有效的手段。本研究探讨了制浆预处理温度在110℃、120℃、130℃,用碱量4%、6%、8%、10%时,纤维板的各项物理性性能。得出制取麦草CMP的最佳预处理条件为:用碱量6%,预处理温度120℃。热压成型后中密度纤维板的主要指标分别是:弹性模量2788.11MPa,静曲强度26.98 MPa,内结合强度0.37 MPa,24h吸水厚度膨胀率16.33%。与未经过酶处理的试样相比各物理性能均有不同程度的改善,其中内结合强度提高了48%。除了内结合强度略低于国家标准外,其他各项指标均超过现行的国家标准(GB/T 11718-2009),为采用农作物秸秆生产绿色环保型人造板打下良好的基础。
In order to improve the physical property of wheat-straw fiber board by laccase. It is an efficient method to ase the combination of single-screw extruder and high consistency refiner for separating the fibers from wheat-straw and obtain chemimecharical pulp (CMP). The physical property of wheat-straw fiber board under pretreatment temperature of 110℃ ,120℃ ,130℃ ,NaOH charge of 4% ,6% ,8% ,10% was discussed. The optimal treatment conditions were: NaOH charge of 6% , temperature of 120℃ , Major indicators of medium density fibre board (MDF) were: modulus of elasticity (MOE)2788. llMPa, modulus of rupture (MOR) 26.98 MPa, internal bond (IB) 0.37 MPa, 24h water absorption thickness swell (TS) 16.33%. As comparing with the control sample without laccase,the physical performance is improved significantly. The IB index is increased by 48%. Most technical indexes exceed the National Standards (GB/T 11718 -2009) except the internal bond (IB) . This research will be the basis of the manufacture of development of environment-friendly fiber board from non-wood fiber resource.
