对烟梗浆进行纤维形态和助留助滤性能分析,并检测了烟梗浆抄造基片的抗张强度、柔软度、透气度、填充值和吸水高度等物理指标,为优化烟梗浆的打浆工艺和重组烟叶的制备工艺提供理论基础。
In the experiment, fiber morphology and retention and drainage properties of tobacco stem pulp were analyzed, and tensile strength, softness, air permeability, filling value and the height of water adsorption of the tobacco stem sheet were measured. The experiment results are of benefit to optimize the beating process of tobacco stem and the manufacture technology of reconstituted tobacco.
