This paper explores the practical ability of 2D nclear magnetic resonance (NMR) relaxometry inversion based on the features and advantages of 2D maps. An inversion algorithm aims to make the misfit comparable to noise level was cast in light firstly. Then some synthetic data was handled with this algorithm to get the accurate 2D relaxometry spectrum. Lastly, this technology was applied to many practical cases in the field of medical imaging, food and medicine, energy and so on. The results of synthetic data and experimental data show that the proposed method has a good robustness and an exact accuracy. The 2D NMR relaxometry including the inversion technology has a great potential value of practical applications.
