地方高校岗位设置管理不规范,聘任制流于形式,教授缺乏从事教学、科研的动力,部分教授超过科研创新的黄金期,职业发展遭遇“天花板”,职业兴趣转移。应当变身份管理为岗位管理,制定教授与博士不同的业绩评价体系,完善校内民主管理机制,积极回应普通教授对学校发展的关切。
The professors in the local Colleges and Universities are often hold the administrative work concurrently. Therefore the achievements of their tasks as professor are not prominent as expected. The reasons are multiple, such as the irregularities of management, the lack of motivation in research, etc. This paper focuses on the analysis of reasons of this phenomenon and try to give the effective solutions to it.
