The single-frequency Nd:YVO4 laser with a CW laser-diode end-pumped and a simple bow-tie ring cavity configuration is described.When the incident pump power is 25.4W,the single-frequency output power of 7.7W is obtained from the Nd:YVO4 laser at 1064nm,the optical-optical efficiency is 30.3% with beam quality is M2X=1.15 and M2Y=1.18.The fluctuation of power is about 1% for three hour.
