三唑类杀菌剂的种类较多且在农业生产中广泛使用。采用浸叶法测定三唑类杀菌剂戊唑醇、己唑醇、烯唑醇、戊菌唑、氟硅唑、氟环唑、苯醚甲环唑和丙环唑对家蚕的急性毒性,并进行安全性评价。结果表明:氟硅唑、烯唑醇2种杀菌剂对家蚕2龄幼虫的96h致死中浓度(LC50)分别为40.12和140.32mg/L,急性毒性等级为中等毒性,在桑园周围农业环境使用具有高风险性;氟环唑、戊菌唑、丙环唑、己唑醇、苯醚甲环唑和戊唑醇6种杀菌剂对家蚕2龄幼虫的96hLC50分别为297.62、388.60、637.76、690.98、713.40、947.35mg/L,急性毒性等级均为低毒性,在桑园周围农业环境使用存在中等风险。三唑类杀菌剂引起家蚕中毒的症状有多种相似特征:蚕体变软、缩短,扭曲呈“C”或“S”形,体色变褐色,拒食等。鉴于氟硅唑和烯唑醇对家蚕的安全具有高风险性,建议养蚕期间须远离桑园使用。
Many kinds of triazole fungicides have been widely used in agricultural production. In order to assure the eco- Logical safety, leaf-dipping method was used to determine the acute toxicity of eight triazole fungicides, namely tebucon- azole, hexaconazole, diniconazole, penconazole, fiusilazole, epoxiconazole, difenoconazole and propiconazole, to silk- worm ( Bombyx mori). The results showed that 96 h median lethal concentration (LC50) of flusilazole and diniconazole to the 2nd instar silkworm larvae was 40.12 and 140.32 mg/L respectively, exhibiting moderate toxicity and high risk if sprayed around mulberry field. The 96 h LCso of epoxiconazole, penconazole, propiconazole, hexaconazole, difenocon- azole and tebuconazole was 297.62, 388.60, 637.76, 690.98, 713.40 and 947.35 mg/L respectively, all of which were of low toxicity and moderate risk if sprayed around mulberry field. Furthermore, the toxic symptoms of silkworm lar- vae from treatment by triazole fungicides were similar. The toxicated larvae were softened, shortened, twisted into "C" or "S" shape, brownish in color, and antifeedant, etc. It is suggested that the high-risk triazole fungicides like flusilazole and diniconazole should be applied far from mulberry garden during silkworm rearing seasons.
