非标准混凝土楔入劈拉试件高宽比影响分析

为研究高宽比等尺寸参数对非标准混凝土楔入劈拉试件断裂性能的影响,设计8组不同高宽比非标准试件进行试验。采用改进的试验装置,简化试件受力。在参考最大拉应力理论的基础上结合试验,计算试件破坏时的断裂参数。结果表明:试件高宽比≤1时,为典型劈拉破坏,起裂荷载Pini与失稳荷载Pun受试件尺寸影响明显,随试件高宽比的增大而增大;高宽比为1.17与1.33时,有一定弯剪破坏趋势;高宽比≥1.67时,可认为是弯剪破坏,Pini受尺寸影响不明显,Pun随试件高宽比的增大而减小,破坏接近符合材料破坏特性的最大拉应力破坏;弯剪破坏时高宽比临界区间为[1.17,1.33]。

英文摘要:

In order to investigate the size factors such as height to width aspect ratio influence on fracture performance of non-standard concrete wedge splitting tensile specimen, 8 groups different height to width aspect ratio specimens were designed for wedge splitting tensile tests. And the improved testing device which can simplify the stress of the specimen was used in testing. Based on the maximum-tensile-stress criterion, fracture parameters of specimens were gotten out. The results show that: when the height to width aspect ratio is less than or equal to 1, specimens failure presents typical splitting tensile mode, the value of initial craking load Pini and unstable fracture load Pun is influenced obviously by size factors, and the value of Pini and Pun will increase as height to width aspect ratio elevating. When the ratios are equal to 1.17 and 1.33, there is some trends of bending-shear failure mode; and when aspect ratio is greater than or equal to 1.67, the failure will be conceptually considered as bending-shear failure, size factor effect on Pini is not obvious, Pun decreases with the increase of aspect ratio, and the failure were closed to maximum-tensile-stress failure which conform to material characteristics; the critical interval of height to width aspect ratio is [ 1.17,1.33].
