声发射技术已广泛应用于混凝土损伤断裂的研究。为研究声发射参量在混凝土断裂过程中的分布特性,设计了4根长2 200 mm的混凝土三点弯曲梁试件,对其进行全过程损伤断裂试验。通过分析试验过程中采集的声发射信号,得到了在混凝土起裂阶段、稳定扩展阶段和失稳扩展阶段的声发射振铃计数分布特性、声发射信号幅值分布特性和振铃计数与荷载曲线的关系,从声发射参量的角度揭示了混凝土的损伤断裂机理,为更深入的研究奠定了基础。
Acoustic emission technique has been widely used in the study of concrete fracture and damage. In order to the distribution characteristics of acoustic emission parameter during fracture process of concrete, the experiments on the whole process of the fracture of four concrete three -points bending beam specimens were designed.Distribution characteristics of the acoustic emission ringing counts, the emission signal amplitude and the relationship between ringing counts and load curve are got through the analysis of acoustic emis- sion signals in the process of the test.The failure mechanism can be revealed by the acoustic emission parameter and establishes a foun- dation for a further study.
