结合南水北调中线工程,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了预应力钢筒混凝土管与地基基础相互作用的有限元计算模型,通过模拟管道在运行过程中不同的内水压力,分析管体在不同水压作下的应力变化,得出标准工作内压0.6 MPa下PCCP各部件应力均满足要求,且有较高的可靠性;内水压增加的过程中预应力钢丝中应力增长均匀,钢筒中应力增长先快后慢,混凝土中拉应力增长先慢后快;达到极限内压1.4 MPa时,混凝土管芯最大拉应力超过混凝土抗拉强度,出现裂缝,其他部件应力仍能满足要求。
According to the engineering application of PCCP in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,a finite element model was established to consider the PCCP-soil interaction.Analysis of the pipe body under different water pressure applied to the model was done.The results show that the PCCP can work very well under the standard working inner pressure and has high reliability.With the increase of internal water pressure the stress of the prestressed steel line increase at a constant speed.The stress of the steel cylinder increase fast in the early,however the stress of the concrete increase fast in the late.The largest tensile stress of the concrete is beyond the concrete tensile stress which shows that cracks have appeared in the concrete,but the other parts still can meet the requirements under this inner water pressure.
