材料等熵压缩磁压加载技术是当今美、俄、法等国家用于材料完全物态方程和动力学性能研究的重要和热门手段。文章综述了国外材料等熵压缩磁压加载技术研究进展,分析了磁压加载等熵压缩的基本原理。在此基础上提出了适合国内实验室研究、压力范围50GPa以内的小型材料等熵压缩磁压加栽脉冲功率发生装置的设计指标,即回路放电电流上升时间500ns以内、峰值1MA以上。进而利用OrCAD/Pspice软件对装置的电感、电容等基本参数进行了优化设计,基于此提出了达到设计指标装置的工作方式。
The technique of magnetically driven isentropie compression of materials is an important and hot tool used to study the complete equation of state and dynamical performances of materials in the United States of America, Russia , France and so on today. The development of the loading technique of magnetically driven isentropie compression of materials at abroad is summarized, and the basic principle of magnetically driven isentropic compression is analyzed. Based on those, the design parameters of a compact pulse power generator used to isentropic compression materials are put forward, which is suitable for being used in the laboratories at home. The parameters are that the pressure is in the range of 50 GPa, and that the. rise time of discharging current of the circuit is not more than 500 ns and the peaking current is more than 1 MA. Furtherly, the optimum design is done with the software OrCAD/Pspiee, and the working modes of satisfying the design parameters are presented.
