应用爆炸逻辑网络知识,依据金属射流击穿绝缘薄膜导通放电原理,研制了一种多点导通爆炸逻辑网络闭合开关。在小型脉冲功率发生器上的短路实验及同步性测量结果表明,该开关电感小于5nH,能够承受80kV以上的高电压和兆安级以上的大电流,同步性为55ns,其形状为平板状,便于与平行板状传输线连接。并与单点导通的雷管爆炸闭合开关作了比较,结果表明,多点导通爆炸逻辑网络闭合开关的电感低于单点导通的雷管爆炸闭合开关。上述结果进一步说明,多点导通爆炸逻辑网络闭合开关具有低电感、耐高电压大电流以及便于与平行板传输线连接的特点,在要求回路电感非常小、使用单开关的脉冲功率发生器中具有非常好的应用前景。
Using the knowledge of explosive logic networks and according to the discharging mechanism of metallic jet breakdown conduction, an explosive logic network closing switch with several discharging channels is developed. The experimental data of synchronization measurement and shortcircuit in a mini pulsed power generator show the following results: 1) the inductance of the switch is less than 5nH, 2) it can bear voltage more than 80 kV and current more than 1 MA, 3) the synchronization is 55ns, 4) it is easy to be connected with the parallel-plate transmission lines because of its strip shape. Compared with the results of the detonator switch with one discharging channel, the inductance of the explosive logic network closing switch with several discharging channels is lower. The results above further show that the explosive, logic network closing switch with several discharging channels has the advantages of low inductance, bearing high voltage and current as well as convenience of being connected with the parallel-plate transmission lines. For the pulsed power generator with very low inductance and one switch, the explosive logic network closing switch with several discharging channels shows its good application prospects.
