选择线性滤波法,解调光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感器。基于可调谐光纤Fabry-Perot(TFFP)滤波扫描传感FBG反射峰原理,采用高速处理器S3C2440(ARM9)和精度24bit∑-ΔA/D转换芯片,降低了噪声,提高了信噪比,并且节省了系统的空间。实验结果表明,经过标定后的系统分辨率可达1pm,动态测量范围可达50nm。
Fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor is demodulated based on linear filter demodulation method.A high-speed processor S3C2440(ARM9)and a 24 ∑-ΔA/DC conversion are used to improve the signal to noise ratio and simplify the system structure.The system resolution after demarcating can reach 1 pm,dynamic state's measuring scope can reach 50 nm.
