基于对FBG传感器薄壁圆筒材料和结构的优化设计,制作了FBG高压传感器,在0~50MPa压力范围,进行了加压和减压高压实验,实验结果表明:FBG的压力灵敏度为0.0374nm/MPa,其中心波长与压力变化有着良好的线性关系和重复性,且迟滞性好。模拟结果与实验结果很好吻合。
Based on the optimal design for the thin wall cylinder for closing the FBG sensor at 0-50 MPa pressure range, the better sensor performance is obtained by changing the sizes of the cylinder materials and structures. The sensor is manufactured, and the high-pressure experiments are performed at the range from 0 to 50 MPa. The experimental results show that the pressure sensitivity of FBG is about 0. 037 4 nm/MPa,and there are very good linearity and repeatability between the center wavelength of FBG and pressure change with no hysteretic effect. The experiment results are consistent with the simulation ones.
